Blasts are out. But targeted messages are always welcome.

Email marketing is, quite simply, direct marketing through certain email channels. It is a tried and true digital method of communicating your message to many customers, target audiences, and prospects all at one time.

Good email campaigns test for success rates by monitoring the message and then monitoring the analytics. We can tell how many people received the email, how many opened it, how many clicked on the offer, and how many actually went to your website to make a purchase or contact you. Most importantly, in our opinion, is that we can see how many people opened your email message several times over a period of days or weeks… indicating that they are thinking seriously about what you told them. These are your prospects and the future growth of your business.

Email marketing is controversial and there are as many opinions on it’s viability as there are pieces of mail landing in your inbox. It’s true, unfortunately, that email marketing has been overused and spamming regulations are rightly in place. However, the idea that your message can arrive in front of interested eyes, in blazing color, is still very seductive to most business people.

At Coldfire, we abide by all spamming regulations and do all we can do to assure that your message does not end up being filtered out. There are no guarantees, of course, but because we only use email tools that are reputable, we know our campaigns get through more often than most.

List building strategies are as important as campaign strategies and therefore an important part of our initial discussions with your company. Our customer’s reputation is of the highest priority. We abide by all regulations including the use of only opt-in email lists which are lists in which the target audience has requested certain kinds of information.

Once we have agreed upon your goals and who you need to reach to accomplish those goals, we will develop a template to make blasts easy to send out on short notice. We provide copy writing services to make sure your message is optimized for the audience, help you organize your customer lists into proper categories to match the message, test the campaign for technical problems and only then send out the emails.

When they are out, we will begin the second phase which is to provide traffic reports on the success of the campaign.

Reasons to Email Target

  • Enhance your relationship with previous or current customers, cross promote other companies products or promote affiliate programs, encourage customer loyalty and repeat business, market to previous customers with an offers they simply can’t ignore. Or email marketing can educate your target audience as to why they should use or switch to your product or service.

Email Targeting Options

1. Email target with Our In-House Tools
We’ve had tremendous success blasting with our in-house tools. Using our in-house services will cost less and save time.

2. Email Target with 3rd Party Services
Research shows that using a 3rd party such as ConstantContact or EmailLabs will reduce the chance of your email going into the SPAM box of the reader. However, the opportunity cost and dollar cost of this method vs. using our in-house tools may greatly reduce the ROI (return on investment) of your email blasts. We strongly recommend utilizing our in-house tools as they are cost effective and get the job done just as well.

What is A/B/C Split Testing
A/B/C Split Testing is a technique used to evaluate the effectiveness of each email variation. For example, you send out an email blast 2 weeks after the first with a completely different message and call to action. That email blast would be considered blast “B”. Perform yet another blast 30 days later (or whenever you choose to blast again) … this blast is considered blast “C”. They are all split apart from eachother, hence the “A/B/C — Split Testing”.

The Purpose Of A/B/C Split Testing
The purpose of Split Testing is to find the message with the greatest appeal to your readers, the message that results in the highest open rate, and the message the results in the highest # of conversions.

Whatever your email marketing needs, we can work with you to prepare an email list, design and craft the perfect message, and execute a successful email marketing/email blast campaign.
