Community Sites
Show potential customers you have nothing to hide.
There is no easier way to convert a lead, than to offer testimonials from your satisfied customers. With a community forum or chat board on your site, this has never been easier. When consumer go looking for a product, they need to be assured that they will be happy with the choice they make. There really isn’t any better way to discover that, than an open and fully transparent community. Visitors can share their ideas about what they would like to see from your company, comment about how ecstatic they are about your product, and ask questions pertaining to support or just about anything. What’s even more important, is that when visitors congregate and communicate on your site, they are creating a lasting memory of your company.
Just recently we built a community site for an Atlantis vacation package company. This comapny owns a number of beautiful harborside villas in Atlantis, Bahamas, which they bundle in an all inclusive vacation package. Their biggest problem was that if website visitors had specific questions about the best way to get to Atlantis, or some great places to go once in Atlantis, they would invariably end up at the Atlantis Hotel website, their biggest competitor. Our solution was to put together a news/community site where visitors could post pictures of their vactions and talk about what they loved and didn’t like so much. The site ended up being less about the accomodations and more about Atlantis, which is exactly what the company needed. Visit My Atlantis Family Fun
